Chief Marketing Officer

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy marketer willing to join the founding team and have a crucial impact on the product development and community growth. You should be comfortable managing marketing & advertising processes, work with databases, analytics softwares and automation.

  • Building and execute a marketing automation system
  • Creating user segments and key messages for them

Lead Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for modeling complex problems, discovering insights and identifying opportunities through the use of statistical, machine learning, algorithmic, data mining and visualization techniques. The candidate should be able to apply a breadth of tools, data sources and analytical techniques to answer a wide range of high-impact finance and investment questions. This is a high impact role with goals that directly impacts the bottom line of the business. The role will involve frequent travel to London.

You will:

  • Use predictive analytics and machine learning techniques to solve complex problems for our clients
  • Design experiments, test hypotheses, and build actionable models
  • Work directly with clients and translate client’s finance and investment problems into data science problems
  • Build and maintain inhouse proprietary toolbox and backtester
  • Build robust and scalable solutions for various financial clients, and also enable the services to be deployed and integrated into existing investment workflow
  • Work with engineering team on designing, building and deploying data analysis systems

You have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math or Statistics from Tier I university
  • At least 2 years of experience working in Machine Learning Techniques
  • Excellent Python skills and demonstrated use of packages such as tensorflow, sk-learn, keras
  • Strong understanding of Math and the theoretical foundations of Statistical & Machine Learning, Parametric and Non-parametric models, Regression
  • Strong understanding of advanced data mining and data transformation techniques
  • Strong understanding of the Machine Learning lifecycle – feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, scoring, monitoring, and feedback loop
  • Experience in analyzing complex problems and translating it into an analytical approach
  • Experience in Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning including Classification, Forecasting, Anomaly detection, Pattern detection, Text Mining, using variety of techniques such as Decision trees, Time Series Analysis, Bagging and Boosting algorithms, Neural Networks, Deep Learning
  • Good understanding of programming best practices and building for re-use

Office Administrator

The role of administrator involves a great deal of multitasking. You will work with the founders directly and oversee the operations within the company. You will coordinate with management and engage in planning according to the needs of the company. If there are office resource or administrative issues, you will be the person expected to deal with them.

You will:

  • Manage day-to-day transaction accounting function
  • Reconcile company-wide bank accounts, ledger, tax for both US and Indian entity
  • Manage Payroll and ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Provide general support to visitors and office employees
  • Support management in creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations
  • Manage executives’ schedules, calendars and appointments
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
  • Handle external or internal communication or management systems
  • Manage office equipment, monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment
